Warranty and terms of sale
The consumer code (Legislative Decree 206/06), in Articles 128 to 135, regulates the legal guarantee on consumer goods sold to consumers outside the business premises. This statutory warranty covers all manufacturing and compliance defects found on consumer goods purchased by consumers for two years. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OF GOODS:

use the right of withdrawal by sending within 10 working days of receipt of the package a registered letter with return receipt in the name of:

Once the customer has been described, the full price paid will be returned. For more information, see the Legislative Decree of 22 May 1999, n. 185, concerning the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.
PROCEDURE OF WITHDRAWAL GOODS:
You must communicate the intention to withdraw in one of the methods described above, then you can choose one of the following options:
Total refund of the goods;
Credit note to be used for a future order.
If you request a refund (equal to the value of the goods correctly returned), this will be done according to the payment method chosen by you: bank transfer, PostePay recharge, PayPal. The only expenses to be incurred by the customer are those for shipping the product. The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the returned product is not intact:
Absence of items contained in the package such as manuals, cables, batteries, etc.
Damage to the product caused by transport and use of goods whose resale is impossible due to consumption or hygienic conditions at risk
The costs incurred for delivery on delivery, scheduled delivery, and custody account will not be reimbursed.
